Free Core ERP & Pricing
Is EduOS truly 100% free with no hidden renewal charges?
Yes! Core school and college management modules (Admissions, Attendance, Examination, Fees, Report Cards, and Mobile Apps) are completely free forever. There are zero license fees, zero user license charges, and zero recurring server costs.
How does EduOS make money if the software is free?
We earn transaction processing revenue through partnered payment gateway processing when parents pay fees online (while offering 0% MDR on UPI to educational institutions). We also offer optional professional services like DPDPaaS legal governance, data migration, and custom hardware turnstile integration.
Data Protection & Security (DPDP Act)
Where is our campus data physically stored?
All data is stored in AWS Asia Pacific (Mumbai) data centers within the geographical territory of India. We enforce AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
Do you sell or share student data with advertisers?
Never. Section 9 of the DPDP Act 2023 explicitly prohibits behavioral tracking or targeting children with advertising. EduOS operates with zero ad networks, zero third-party data tracking, and zero commercial data brokering.

How long does it take to migrate to EduOS Cloud?
Most schools and colleges go live within 14 days. Our engineering team assists with cleaning and migrating your existing historical spreadsheets, marks, and student rosters.
Can teachers use the mobile app without internet access?
Yes. Teacher attendance and grading features support offline caching, syncing automatically when the mobile phone connects back to the internet.
